Amanda Thompson — Lanier Strength & Conditioning Coach

From the moment she walked into Lanier Strength & Conditioning in 2016, Amanda fell in love with the CrossFit methodology, the community and — most of all — the undeniable family bond shared by the Cumming location's trainers and members. The experience transformed her life in more ways than one, empowering her to achieve her personal best in all areas. In 2017, she obtained her Level 1 Coach Certificate — followed shortly thereafter by her CrossFit Kids Certificate and her Level 2 Coach Certificate. Finally, she achieved her dream of purchasing Lanier Strength & Conditioning in 2021. Still striving to achieve her personal best, she continues to educate herself in all things health and fitness to ensure the highest level of service to her members while maintaining the family bond that first drew her here.

Mike Snajkowski — Lanier Strength & Conditioning Coach

A CrossFitter since 2012, Mike has competed in a variety of local and regional CrossFit competitions. He has achieved both his Level One and Level Two Trainer Certifications and continues to push for additional certifications in order to provide his personal best to Lanier Strength & Conditioning members. Well-known for his encouraging, yet focused coaching style, our members always enjoy his full attention and trust that he has only the best intentions for their health and safety. A consummate athlete, in addition to CrossFit, Mike loves to run and has completed everything from 5Ks to full marathons.

Coach Dill served in the US Army and is now the assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach and Offensive Line Coach for a local high school. He is a Level 1 CrossFit Coach and holds his Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting cert. Coach Dill is truly passionate about coaching and helping others!

Ashley Edenfield has had her Level 1 Coaches Certificate for over 4 years now but has taken her time learning and working on her own growth as an athlete before taking the jump into coaching. She is now a wonderful coach, and the best hype girl the gym has seen! She has been doing CrossFit about a decade and truly loves uplifting others!

Lindsey Pruitt — Lanier Strength & Conditioning Coach

Lindsey Pruitt has been doing CrossFit for over a decade and has competed in Powerlifting Competitions as well. Lindsey recently completed her Bachelor's in Nursing and is now an Emergency Room Nurse! She loves helping people and CrossFit. She recently joined the coaching team and has been a big part of this community since she found CrossFit all those years ago. She may be small, but she is Mighty, Inside and Out!

Jamie is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over 6 years of experience and a Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapy Practitioner with 4 years of hands-on practice. She is deeply passionate about helping people improve their lives in every aspect, with a strong focus on caring for the body, enhancing movement, and supporting overall well-being. Jamie's approach goes beyond physical results—she is committed to helping each client feel better, move better, and live better.
