Our classes are coach-led and welcoming to visiting athletes at all skill levels.
Drop-in classes follow the same format as our regular program — 60 minutes total. You'll warm up with the group, go over movements with the coach, complete the workout, and cool down together. Every workout is scaled, so whether you're a competitive athlete or brand new to CrossFit, you'll get a great session.
We ask that visiting athletes arrive 10–15 minutes before class so the coach can introduce themselves, note any modifications, and make sure you feel comfortable before the clock starts.
