Not at all. Workouts are universally scaled for all fitness levels — beginners and experienced athletes train together every day. You don't need to prepare anything before your first visit.

Most members notice a difference in how they feel within the first 30 days. We recommend starting with 3 classes per week to build the habit and see consistent progress.

Classes run 60 minutes: warm-up, a coach brief on the day's workout, the workout itself, and a cool-down. Every class is coached — you're never on your own.
